Refund Policy
We accept returns only for damaged products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Once the returned item is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

E1 Gift Card: If you opt for an E1 Gift Card refund, it will be processed as soon as the product passes the quality check.

We will arrange a return pickup if the pin code is serviceable. If pickup is unavailable, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the E1 Wellness address provided on our website's contact page.
