11. E1 Wellness Razor – ₹5000 Daily Contest Terms & Conditions
 

1. Eligibility:

   • The contest is open to individuals residing in India.

   • Participants must purchase an E1 Wellness Razor from a retail or medical store.

   • To enter, participants must follow @e1wellness.in on Instagram and tag the official account in their contest entry.
      

2. How to Participate:

   • Create a 20+ second Instagram reel showcasing your smooth and effortless shaving experience using an E1 Wellness Razor.

   • Post the reel on Instagram and ensure your profile is public for the duration of the contest.

   • The reel must be posted within the contest period and tagged appropriately.
      

3. Winner Selection & Prize:

   • The participant whose reel receives the highest number of views within 24 hours of posting will be awarded ₹5000.

   • The daily contest is valid only if there are at least 10 eligible reels submitted on that day. If fewer than 10 entries are received, the contest for that day will be considered void.

   • Winners will be announced via our official Instagram handle and contacted through direct message.
      

4. Additional Terms:

   • Participants can enter the contest multiple times, but each entry must feature a unique reel.

   • Entries with inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content will be disqualified.

   • E1 Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

   • The decision of E1 Wellness regarding contest winners and eligibility will be final and binding.

12. E1 Wellness – Influencer Marketing Policy
 

1. Content Ownership & Usage Rights:

   • Any video, reel, photo, or story created by an influencer for E1 Wellness shall be considered the exclusive property of E1 Wellness.

   • Influencers cannot request removal or deletion of the content once published on any platform under any circumstances.
      

2. Final Settlement & Payment Terms:

   • Once an influencer posts a reel, photo, video, or story, it will be considered as final acceptance of the agreed compensation.

   • No further payment claims or modifications to the agreed terms will be entertained after the content is posted.
      

3. Types of Collaborations:

   • Paid Collaborations: Compensation details are strictly confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party. Any breach of this confidentiality will be considered a violation of the NDA.

   • Barter Collaborations: Influencers receive products/services in exchange for content creation, with no monetary compensation.
      

4. Content Compliance & Authorization:

   • Influencers must adhere to E1 Wellness' content guidelines while creating and posting promotional material.

   • Any content posted outside of E1 Wellness’ official channels by unauthorized sources shall not be recognized by the company, and E1 Wellness shall not be held liable for such postings.
      

By collaborating with E1 Wellness, influencers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
